Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days after fulfillment.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as they become available.
Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control. While uncommon, weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may impact delivery times.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Minor color variations between screen and printed product
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
